Today was the 5th anniversary of the day my oldest son Cody was killed in
a car accident at the age of 16.
I am glad I am once again
able to appreciate fall sunsets and the turning of the leaves.
The past few years at this time was very hard for me.
Maybe the tranquility and beauty of this place. And the peacefulness that
fills me when I gaze upon it will somehow
make my heart lighter throughout the upcoming holiday season.
